350 Million year old fossil found in Peru
New outlook on geological history. I found this fossil rock while travelling
with my grandfather, who lives in Iquitos, Peru,
a city in the middle of the Amazon Jungle.
We were travelling very South in the jungle, in a
remote area far away from the city when my grandfather
found a few peculiar looking stones. The first one
he found was a fossil of an insect, he then
noticed the one which I possess now and right
away by the looks of it I knew that this
was an amzing discovery.
Pre-Historic ocean dweller found on river banks in Amazon Jungle.
Royal Ontario Museum confirms. I brought back the fossil with me to Toronto and within a week I visited the Royal
Ontario Museum. I was told that the fossil was 350 million years old and was
and ocean dweller. I then took it to a Peruvian Arts and crafts store and see if
he would have any interest in it When I told him I found it and The Amazon Jungle
he was amazed, saying how this could give a whole new look at how the Earth's structure
was 350 million years ago. He gave me an idea that this has large scientific value
and that is why I am auctioning this fossil rock at $100,000.00 or best offer.
